It is the space with the most modern characteristics of the “El Cardenal” restaurants. The dining room displays our national essence with a beautiful display case made of black clay, in which pieces of popular art are exhibited.

Its opening, in August 2006, was fundamental for us. Considering it was our first site outside of the Historic Center, in which he had concentrated all our professional experience.
Since it was born in that modest building on Moneda Street until the
opening of this establishment. The distance that separated the
City center and Lomas de Chapultepec, represented not only physical distance but a long road full of challenges of growing up to 3 sites, without reducing the
quality of our dishes and without ceasing to be faithful to the traditional processes of the Mexican cuisine.
