Palma
The Cardinal on Palma Street finds its home inside a beautiful French-style Porfirian building. High ceilings and wide stone columns, which we can admire thanks to the meticulous work carried out by Architect José Helue Mina.
Daily service is offered on two floors. A recent modification to the building has allowed our diners to take a look at our kitchen and the baking area. Which are visible upon entering, on the ground floor. On the first floor there is a spacious living room whose stained glass windows identify the place. Framed between wood and quarry columns that provide a pleasant atmosphere. This concludes in a hall that can become private by closing its stylized doors to offer privacy to a group of diners of no more than 30 people. Characterized by its tapestry decoration framed in fine wood, which makes it more welcoming, as well as its stained blue glass windows (Muralists Hall).
On the next floor, when accessed by the elevator, is the Rancho Nuevo Hall. Named after a painting that the visitor passes by, which recreates the hacienda of the same name. Which was owned by the foundress grandparents' family. This gives way to the “Hall of Hope”, which is also used for special events, with a capacity for up to 80 people.
